Because mold needs moisture to grow, controlling the source of moisture is key to controlling mold growth. We include a moisture intrusion inspection as part of our mold inspection package. The combination of a visual inspection, a thermal imager, and a moisture meter allows us to identify areas of concern that will require attention to prevent mold growth. We then collect a combination of air and/or surface samples from the areas we suspect are the most problematic in the building.

 

We provide a written report with recommendations for correcting the problems specific to your situation. After the final report is delivered, we are available to discuss the lab report, inspection findings, and recommended corrective action.​​​
