This assessment involves researching the facility's history, conducting interviews with key on-site staff, and performing a walk-through survey of the property's physical condition.
Based on your requested services, the assessment will encompass critical systems and components, including heating, cooling, ventilation, sewer, plumbing, electrical, roofing, exterior, interior, parking, structure, drainage, accessibility, safety, environmental, cost analysis, and other related areas as requested.
The final product is a written report showing the property's current condition, highlighting its deficiencies, and can be used to understand the property’s physical, financial, and environmental impact.
