This assessment involves researching the facility's history, conducting interviews with key on-site staff, and performing a walk-through survey of the property's physical condition.
Based on your requested services, the assessment will encompass critical systems and components, including heating, cooling, ventilation, sewer, plumbing, electrical, roofing, exterior, interior, parking, structure, drainage, accessibility, safety, environmental, cost analysis, and other related areas as requested.
The final product is a written report that evaluates the property's condition, highlights its strengths and deficiencies, and can be used to understand the building's physical and financial impact. It's important to note that every inspection is different, and previous reports should not be relied upon for an accurate representation of the building's current condition.
