Commercial Property Inspection
The commercial inspector follows the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP) and performs a walk-through survey of the property's physical condition. The assessment includes critical systems and components such as heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, roof, exterior, and more.
The final product is a written report that evaluates the property's condition, highlights its strengths and deficiencies, and can be used to understand the building's physical and financial impact. It's important to note that every inspection is different and previous reports should not be relied upon for an accurate record of the building's current condition.
