Radon Testing & Mitigation

IMG_7625_edited.jpg

The photo above shows, from left to right, a radon sniffer which is used to identify areas with a high concentration of radon that is entering the structure. In the lower center, a micromanometer which is a diagnostic tool used to verify adequate air flow below the foundation slab. To the far right, a continuous radon monitor which is used to verify effective mitigation after the system is installed.

We use industry-proven technology and equipment along with best practices to design and build the most efficient long lasting mitigation systems. Our goal for every mitigation system installation is to reduce radon exposure to less than 2.0 pCi/L and to do it in a way that is aesthetically pleasing to our clients.

Radon testing is essential for all homes, regardless of location, design, or age. We will provide you with accurate and reliable results.

The World Health Organization recommends action when levels are at or above 2.7 pCi/L. We can provide you with a quote for a system design and installation that is guaranteed to reduce your radon exposure to below this action threshold.

We provide radon testing and mitigation for all properties, including single-family and multi-family homes, large buildings, and schools.
