He began his career as a subcontractor performing inspections on major construction projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including the Chickamauga Lock and the New Orleans Hurricane Surge Protection Wall. Throughout his career, he has also inspected electrical power plants and pipelines for organizations such as TVA and Southern Company, as well as bridges for the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

Today, George provides a wide range of property inspections and environmental services for investors, municipalities, property managers, and homeowners. His diverse background allows him to deliver comprehensive assessments across many types of properties and projects.
