15+ years combined experience in inspecting structural integrity as a subcontractor for the Army Corps of Engineers and TVA, followed by a career in inspecting for the TN Department of Transportation.  Now a licensed home inspector in the state of TN, having completed his pre inspection training with AHIT. Also, a FAA licensed drone pilot providing you with real time roof inspections.
